For the 2025 Annual Impact Report, “Real People. Real Impact. Real Solutions.”, Patient Advocate Foundation wanted to shine a brighter light on the real patients and families impacted by their work every day. This year’s report also introduced larger and more detailed data sets, expanded patient case studies, and new storytelling opportunities that all needed to work together in a clear, engaging way. At the same time, the organization was navigating an internal merger, adding another layer of collaboration and evolving brand direction throughout the project.
